These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the necrothemx.com website operated by the editorial team of Hogar y Finanzas México from Ciudad de México. By accessing the site you accept these terms in their version published on 15 January 2026.

necrothemx.com is an independent editorial blog whose sole purpose is to publish educational content about housing finance and the real estate market in Mexico.
