Privacy Policy
Necrothemx ("we", "the editorial team") is an informational blog operated from Mexico City. This policy explains, in plain language, what data we process when you visit necrothemx.com and how we comply with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and applicable provisions of Mexican law in force in 2026.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The editorial entity Hogar y Finanzas México, with offices in Ciudad de México, is the data controller. You may contact us at info@necrothemx.com for any question related to this policy.
2. What data we collect
We only process the minimum data necessary: (a) data you submit voluntarily through the contact form (name, email, message); (b) anonymous browsing data through Google Consent Mode v2 (page views, approximate region, device type); (c) cookie preferences stored locally in your browser. We never request banking, financial or identity-document information.
3. Why we process it
To reply to your contact requests, to measure the audience of our articles in an aggregated way, to detect security incidents and to comply with our legal obligations. We do not perform automated decisions producing legal effects on you.
4. Legal basis and your consent
Analytics and advertising cookies are only activated after you give explicit consent through our cookie banner. By default all non-essential storage is denied, in line with Google Consent Mode v2. You may withdraw your consent at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share strictly necessary data with our hosting provider, our email provider and Google LLC (as a processor for analytics and advertising tags), all of them bound by their own privacy commitments and 2026 international transfer frameworks.
6. Retention
Contact-form messages are kept for a maximum of 24 months. Aggregated and anonymous browsing data is retained for up to 26 months. Your cookie preferences remain stored in your device until you clear them.
7. Your rights (ARCO)
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Oppose the processing of your data, as well as to revoke your consent and limit its use or disclosure. Send your request to info@necrothemx.com including a copy of your ID and a clear description of the right you wish to exercise.
8. Updates to this policy
This document may be updated to reflect legal, editorial or technical changes. The version in force is always the one published on this page with its update date.
